2. NFT Ownership

When you mint or purchase a Hoodlrz NFT, you own the underlying NFT token. Ownership is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. You receive a license to use, display, and share the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. No Investment Advice

Hoodlrz NFTs are digital art collectibles, not investment products. We make no guarantees about future value, liquidity, or returns. The value of NFTs is volatile and may decline to zero.

4. Smart Contract Risk

Interacting with smart contracts on Ethereum carries inherent risks including but not limited to: transaction failures, gas cost volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and network congestion. You accept these risks when using this service.

5. Immutability

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you mint or transfer a Hoodlrz NFT, the transaction cannot be undone. We cannot reverse, refund, or modify completed blockchain transactions.

6. Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hoodlrz team is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or interaction with the smart contract.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
